Kay Watts shares her knowledge on why mindfulness and meditation are so important for today’s workforce.
So many people think about starting meditation as a way to reduce stress, sleep better and experience more peace of mind. But they just don’t get around to it. They tell themselves they don’t have the time, they don’t have the skills, and they can’t switch off their minds.
